The Late Honorable Henry “Hank” Eldridge Born December 15, 1924, Henry Madison Eldridge, better known as “Hank” was freehearted, genuine and dutiful man. As a mathematician on the campus of Fayetteville State University, Mr. Eldridge saw that there were no Greek lettered organizations on campus, in which young men could grow intellectually and spiritually. Thus, the idea to bring Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. to the campus was created and since 1951 the brothers of Delta Gamma have continued to serve their campus and community while being a brotherhood and promoting academic excellence.
